Just reading through the proposal and wondering if all of these shares will be issued at the same time at the same price?.My concern being that if a first tranche is raised at a VWAP of say .60c,does that mean the next tranche will be issued at 80% of the SP after that?.Given the inevitable selling we could be in for some pain here.Wondering if Showman can comment
what price the issue?
