Hi Barny,

I agree with the forward view.....commenting on the past through the rear view mirror is always easier IMO :-). I agree the drop in the share price has been dissapointing for share holders, however that's the market. Once TFC is clear on its intentions e.g. bullet proof company for 2010 round of MIS (which may not be a significant component of sales this year)and growth opportunities, the market should reconsider the dilutionary stance (in the absence of info on specific intentions).
