I agree with the sentiments of other posters regarding the hostility on this forum. Back to the facts:

2. "...there are approximately 11% acceptances from institutions which WILL only be received on the penultimate day of the offer". HC
Given his esteemed reputation do I have any reason to doubt Hugh’s comments? I don't think so.
