    I think majority of this has been communicated in parts, ref to;

    1) ANN dated 3rd June 2016 - it has been confirmed launch will be sometime Q2 2017, the official launch date awaits ISRO confirmation, regarding location + vessel, consider; the 3Diamonds will be transported to Innovative Space Logistic B.V (ISL) facilities in Delft (Holland) to be integrated into the Quadpack launch pod. More info on this can be found in the many posts contributed by HC members back in 2016.

    2) Insurance has been secured, SAS has appointed a lead insurance broker (Marsh) to provide placement of insurance for its constellation of its nano-satellites. In the event, the nano-sats fall from the sky, we will soon be up and running again at the costs of the insurance broker (underwriters). If this happens, get ready for day traders dropping this stock fast, then pick up SAS shares for less to nothing and wait for re-launch..

    3) Local testing has been partly done and key partners signed up, consider;

    a) successful PSLV Rocket Launch on 26th Sept by the ISRO, the same launch vehicle SAS will be using for its launch of its 3Diamonds nano-satellites in Q2 2017.

    b) In Jan 2017, SAS completes assembly and Integration/Verification underway, SAS’s 3Diamonds commercial demonstration nano-satellites are confirmed aboard the next PSLV launch - final launch date to be confirmed shortly.

    c) Some orbit testing will always be required and will always be on-going, special testing requirements may exists for key clients such as GlobalSat Group LLC, consider stress/volume testing of million of GlobalSat users, etc. SAS is confident the comms are working due to their due diligence and detailed test plans already executed.

    Also, SAS signed up MOU with VIRGIN GALACTIC, then receives FROST & SULLIVAN technology award in 2016 and secures a recent CR of $7million (heavily oversubscribed), all this will contribute to its future success and growth. Will there be a need for a CR - of course, SAS is in a G&D phase...

    This is not your average nano-sat tech firm, post launch watch out for the MOU with FLEXTRONICS (NASDAQ: FLEX) and there is much more to come. SAS is notorious for being ahead of schedule so don't be surprised if launch is happening faster that you think.

    Remember, the core Sky and Space Global business is to construct a communications infrastructure based on nano-satellite technology and develop the highly complex and sophisticated software systems that will deploy, maintain orbit control and handle communication code between each of the nanosatellites to give a global coverage. Sky and Space Global aims to provide low cost, nano-satellite communication coverage on an anywhere to everywhere base with relatively low maintenance costs.

    This is not rocket science but as with anything in live, solid and sound ROI will require patience from the shareholders.. Lets see where we stand in 3-5 years time..

    Gluck & DYOR
