I agree with Kalenn regarding an independent valuation, It really adds nothing to the mix. You might find that any independent valuation would discount Centro significantly because of the injunction still in place when in reality it is most probably a formality. I would hazard a guess that an independent valuation would come up with a range approximately between 15c to 20c. That wont change the mind of those shareholders holding on for a higher price nor will it change the bidders approach.
