new profit forecast based on delvex acquisition

upgrade of tdu based on feasibility study based on new market potential

major contract signed with oil industry major requiring upgrade of tdu to handle increasing waste(dont say you werent warned)

possible takeover rejection!

tox will be a great growth stock in 2006 and is way oversold at these levels. with over 8million in cash at the end of january this company is ready to become a serious player in the waste industry and being an industrial chemist myself i know first hand how profitable waste treatment can be and how hard it is to dispose of. councils no longer will let the local tip handle anything industrial and facilities like tox are just huge cash generators
