re: trading halt has been lifted It's possible, based on the trading prior to suspension that CMQ themselves have an ann. in the pipeline. Most likely would be a resignation at top level.
Even so it would hardly negate the news re the court case but at least CMQ isn't considered a total basket case or it would never have been allowed to resume trading. A thin glimmer of light for current holders.
