An interesting question - perhaps more by accident than design.

IF BBI is re-quoted, it means the vote failed. Perhaps a 1c price? - more likely an extended halt. At that price I expect someone will soak them up, just for the rights to do as they please with the assets.

If PIH are quoted, the BEPPA conversion was with a floor to the VWAP at 4.1c, so I assume that means the price will be around $5.08 at the 8.7x multiple. Add a premium or discount as you please.
