that raises a couple of questions. Why did DMH ask for shares to be placed now? Are they privvy to any information that shareholders are not? Hmmmm ....

Also with this placement, "the quantity issued stays under 5%", as you noted any further issuance of placement shares will take the entity above 5%. If they expect to go over 5% at some point then why not simply declare their hand now. It would appear that DMH do not expect to ever be over 5% threshold which means that these shares will be sold on market before the next issuance of placement shares to ensure that DMH remains under the 5% declaration threshold. So either this is the only issuance of placement shares to DMH or they will definitely be selling them on market. What's the chances this is not simply another Bergen deal?
