    Quindell was not a fraud business . It is defamatory to say so. If it had been those carrying out the due dilligence should be fired and sued. The directors of QPP at the point of sale included Lord M Howard - former Tory party leader and a QC and Chairman Rose who put probity as his most important mantra.
