Well my view to restore confidence to the market is that PH should extend his voluntary escrow for an additional 6 months beyond his expired period in February. If he believes of significant upside and he has already crystallized circa $20m he should have no problem with that.
In addition Don Clarke should buy back the 230,000 he sold!

Attached is an Appendix 3Y, Change of Director's Interest Notice for Zoono Group Ltd (ASX: ZNO). Non-Executive Director, Mr Don Clarke. Mr Clarke has sold 230,000 shares in the company on market.
The sale was solely for the purpose of providing short term funding to an unrelated company. Mr Clarke advises that he intends to repurchase an equivalent number of shares in the company in the future when circumstances permit.
