Personally I grabbed some more at $1.53 and am not too worried about the shares. They issued new shares recently at $1.42 and they hit the market yesterday. I was surprised that the shares have hit this level but I look at this as an opportunity.
There should be better liquidity in BND now but I believe coal is still going to rise due to China and the bad weather affecting production. BND are also developing their projects slowly but surely and now have money in the bank to do the work.
$1.42 should be a strong floor going forward with ~$70m shares issued at this price.
