we are seeing the sp react now in prep to annc, .13 being eaten and even the wall at .14 has dropped by 800k since this morning, the set up seems to reflect the sentiment change for mbn holders over the last few months as confidence returns to MBN. No longer big selloffs and steady chipping at the sell side.
