PRR Management should not allow anyone,whoever this Phil Haines is,to release information over the phone to a shareholder's question.
That is what Announcements are for, OR an answer from an accredited Management spokesperson,who will give permission for replies to be published on Forum boards as in the case of MR with his reply, this past week
Otherwise confusion reigns, as in this instance
