Have just read a little about adr's
Presumably BMNY have lined up a credit list of instos that
will provide shares as they are sold so they can be forwarded to bmny
some companies provide a green shoe of share in floats to
support liquidiy
i think prr will be hoping the spp provides some liquidity
in the short term
pretty neat really
