PRR shares are 'purchased ' from the ASX ... but are actually kept in the form of a receipt ... an American Depositary Receipt.
the actual number of shares available to ' deal ' both here and in the US is finite ...
... they will be out of ' circulation ' for trading on the ASX once the market maker has ' purchased them off the ASX and put them on the Nasdaq .... they can be re sold on the ASX if the Market Maker wishes to .. whereby the ADR is effectively cancelled.
.... But all is good for a potentially exciting time once we see
