kbear- I think the word 'bundled' connotates more than it should in this case. What I get from Phil is that there is no actual physical movement of shares from the ASX to the Nasdaq. 1 PMBD will 'represent' 30 ASX shares might be the better terminology....?

Like I said, I don't understand it but I get the gist and the gist is 'no buying of ASX shares to list them on the Nasdaq'.

When we start trading on the Nasdaq the demand from US investors may push up the price which will correspondingly push our price up, i.e. obviously the ratio of 30:1 stays the same so any price change here or there will be reflected in the other (that's what happens with SSN at least). Currency rates factor in too.
