A bit of pressure coming on to the share price this week. Not massive but it wouldn't take a lot to push it down further.

Strategically at this point I think it would be best for BB to raise capital sooner rather than later. That would remove the uncertainty of being able to work through the year.

It would also mean that BB can negotiate with any interested parties without a strong scent of blood in the water for them. Imo, for any parties genuinely interested in Coburn, now is the time to act. However if we have nothing in the bank then there's an incentive for interested parties to try to bleed out a negotiation. With enough in the kitty to get us through the year, BB would have the flexibility for expected market improvements to strengthen our case and avoid negotiating in desperation.

At this point I would like to see a broker on the case and working to support the market. Are there any interested in the company and our story?
