    fatpizza here is an email reply to the good doctor from TB he posted a while back

    I don't believe it will any effect on you at all we will continue to trade in both markets as we do today. Its just that we will have to report into the US with their reporting style for instance a 10Q rather than a quarterly cash flow report. So for you as a shareholder it should be seamless.
