Late today CML's CHairman, Rick Allert advised that the company had received a "highly conditional" offer from a consortium of buyout funds...
SO WHAT the FCK is their proposal (who are they) and why will it take some weeks (implied in statement) to consider??????
I think this is a sell signal for mine - the market is not informed at all. The media will run the race for the next week or so...
