Given the debacle that was 2013, it is incumbent on QBE shareholders when the opportunity comes to vote against both QBEs rem report and the re-election of every QBE director up for election.
A message needs to be sent that this level of over paid incompetence will not be tolerated.
Don't forget that QBE directors get paid over $100k a year and the Chair was getting about $500k a year. That is our money going to pay these ship of fools to drive the SP to 10 years lows. If that is the best board we as shareholders can get, then time to pay peanuts as even monkeys could do a better job than these clowns!!
