however there is usually one major pre requisite you have left out
they have to be able have their snouts in the trough!!!!!
and on one point the ASX and ASIC should require
any director purchase or sale of stock should be flagged to the market 'before" it happens
NOT after it happens.
would allow the "mug punters" to make more informed decisions.
