I disagree - a small consulting (in house or out) feasibility project would be sufficient to identify centres in relevant countries that could plausably offer the numbers of patients needed over time (or to discover they can't be obtained) based on their histories and based on talking to them - and doing that as a separate mini feasibility project prior to seeking funding would make it easier prior or alternatively could show its unnecessary or moot to seek funding or a partner if the 60 can't be forecast with credibility) - and getting FDA IND clearance is still a sensible step to have taken to talk to centres in the US - but this is an off-topic side issue to questions for management by shareholders for the annual general meeting.

As a non holder you aren't yet as concerned as you would be were you a holder about stewardship of your money over a period like a year - holders concerns are also naturally for existing investment stakes - so the intention of this thread is come up with questions for an annual general meeting that are in the interests of share holders to be asked.

If you'd like to ask question about CYP as a non holder relating to topics in this thread I'd read them - I do think you have some insights sometimes.

Please though, I do get that you might have an interest in punishing certain holders or in derailing threads to hurt them in revenge (as may nippy) but please do not tick or post baits aimed at a holder in this thread - please allow us holders as holders to try to work together to do something without encouraging a general peeing on everything.

Don't get confused. The third bullet point ("transformative event for Cynata as it provides a gateway....") gets satisfied or there is no transforming. You don't have the cash to do the trial.

Therefore, no 'ongoing commercial partnering activities' = no trial.

Look for the word CRITICAL.
