US$13M = AU$20M. It cost MSB significantly more to do their P2 GVHD trial with the FDA - go look it up - you will be able to work it out approximately (best you ask an adult to help you). Realise that MSB had and has an office in the US AND their own staff to run the trial. You guys 'intend' to subbie all of that out - Add more cost and additional time to the MSB figures - very risky. Crazy risky.



So, if CYP is enrolling by the end of this year as they have recently announced then they MUST have a partner lined up.

Where? Who? When?

Because it's already too late to start enrolling by the end of the year if an announcement tomorrow.




In my opinion, this trial was always a mirage. I think CYP thought MSB was going to get the green light from the FDA and went with this PR stunt in the hope that if FDA approval was given to MSB for GVHD that 'someone' would throw down a price for CYP.

I think this mirage will soon start to evaporate. Or extend the promise in that MSB gets approval in the new year. CYP doesn't have the cash and I can't see anyone partnering with them. I could be wrong - we will see - miracles can happen, I suppose.

All IMO. Purely my own speculation and never to be relied upon.

But the numbers don't add up and CYP could never deliver on this GVHD trial IMO.

They are telling the market, just not all at once and not very clearly.

The MEND announcement of adding another hospital then less than 3 weeks later announcement that the MEND trial has stopped leaves me to think that nothing is as it seems here. One certainly cannot rely on what is being announced for too long.
