hi there Topcall44, happy new years to you.

No, I don't see what I had to say as ramping in the slightest, because my projections are based on overseas reports/artciles from a variety of analysts.

The price of grains are on the increase and their will be a larger than expected demand for potash.

Also, if the stock prices of Potash Corp (and rising after the BHP Hostile T/O Offer failed), Agrium, Mosaic, Allana, and other world producers of Potash are on the move upwards, then you would expect STB also to be on the rise?

Based on that information alone and the increase of the price with Sprout investing recently further into the company (STB) indicates to me that the price will continue to move in an upwards direction. Sprout are known to incubate small mining companies and spin off shares into the market once they have grown (http://www.moneytalks.net/daily-updates/4665-the-coming-potash-boom-a-junior-stocks-to-play-it.html)

In addition STB now have the services of Chris Gilchrist on the team and his expertise is bringing companies to pre-feasibility stage in the mining industry and he is a world class at project management in the potash industry.

The prices we are currently looking at for STB shares I.M.H.O., are like looking at chicken feed.

I base my share price movements on the following -

    1. The Allana Jorc resource on 20 klm from Colluli
    2. NGEX Awarded Major Potash Project 2010 6 dec
    3. BHP has exploration licenses in Ethiopia
    4. Talon Metals Granted Rights to New Potash Exploration Licences 9 dec 2010
    5. World futures on the rise for potash
    6. The size of the current planned drill area is only about 20klm, and the size of the entire lease is 920km of which one would based on the number of new leases being granted to various companies would indicate that only a small 20klm drill program is but a drop in the ocean of the size of this lease. Since their have only been 10 or 11 holes that we know of that have been drilled to date and with a year ahead of major drilling planned and a budget according to the MD of around 3 million AU for drilling and results analysis and based on the amount to date they have found in their drilling, I see absolutely no reason why STB will not go higher and quicker.

My biggest concern is that they company may have an attempted takeover launched against it if STB have find a larger than previous published resource expectations.

When you consider the projected cost of mining the potash is going to be limited based on STB's annie's because of the proximity to the surface of the potash and this make it more viable.

What does give me some relief is that their are only limited shares as Pussycat mentions frequently and this reduces the changes of T/O. However their are still at least 53% of the shareholders I think that are in the hands of private investors and if the offer was good then how many would cross the floor.

We are just a small family with a small chook farm specialising in a particular type of egg and still in our early stages of development. I know the hurdles we face and I can understand what pressure the Team at STB who we are relying on must be going through to get this project to the next stage.

In addition to the potash their is the Nickel JV and also I think many of the forum have forgotten about the Gold resource which Trevor from STB said they were going to be going back this year to doing further drills on.

If this information is true then there are possibilities for further mineral discoveries.

In relation to possible ramping, I am basing my information which is generally in the public domain, also based on e-mail correspondence which I have requested answers to from the company before investing more.

Also in a recent annie if I remember correctly the MD indicated he was going to be fast tracking development of Colluli and he also is on record (public) as seeing the company going into production stages. That gives me positive assurances that this company is going to do as they have promised.

I.M.H.O. and based on MOR of public records, such as price, planned investment, potash exploration licences Danakil Depression in both Eritrea and Ethiopia.

Whilst STB is not mentioned the point is that the Potash Industry is back on the move and their is absolutely no reason in the public domain which suggests that STB can't and will not benefit from the renewed hype surrounding Potash as we move into 2011.
