IVR loves CAPPERS , always has Cappers , Mngmt never does anything about Cappers , SH dont care about Cappers .......AND MISS THE BULL .I posted here a few days ago what other Silver Explorers Developers DO IN ONE DAY ! THERE IS TRIPPLERS FROM THE FEB Lows . WHERE ARE THEIR CAPPERS ? Is TSX-v. Capper free ? Is worlds Cappers Union concentrating united on IVR for 3years ?? Lots a questions , but never any answers !
