[Silver] had a large intraday trend reversal. Spot prices surged to $29.83 before retracing the entire dailyadvance. A further selloff will meet potential support surrounding the $26.80 level. Like gold, however, thedeveloping pattern will determine where the current decline terminates. In the bigger picture, the pattern of the rallyfrom $17.54, the low of September 1, 2022, is a challenge to label in conformity with the rules and guidelines ofwave formation. A close above $30.09, the wave (1) high on February 1, 2021, will constitute a “breakout” and, ifsustained, likely result in significantly higher prices.
