Corruption reigns supreme in the US. It has always been this way, but they are becoming more brazen and don't try to hide it anymore. They (FED/Powell) figure out the narrative they want ahead of time and then manipulate the figures to fit the outcome they desire to move the economy/markets in a certain direction, supported by the MSM who don't question it. .... Traders trade off the bogus figures and the charade just continues as though all is fine.
At some point the reality will will crush all before it and manipulated numbers won't have any sway. We are close and getting ever closer to something earth shattering .... prepare accordingly.
