It is reasonable to expect a reaction like this from previous senior management (but one should consider that Hot Copper posts from ex-management/the board/the previous CEO, myself or whoever, are just that, peoples personal thoughts or opinions
The facts are documented and the way in which OLI was/is managed is something to be noted.
Those who have known OLI the business over its lifetime leading up to the IPO, and those who have watched what unfolded since listing would be better informed having witnessed the before, during and current management.
Things to consider, perhaps, the changes in store, food quality, store management, new business platforms, increased awareness of health matters, and the need to eat organic/clean food - these are the things people most notice and they represent some of the very important facts, however people do need to do their own research.
