no question that pre announcement bids often indicate direction - as you say, no big sells either - which is why I posted I think sp after ann will be steady to down.
why steady to down? just look at the expectation built into the sp already, results must be better than 'good' to sustain the sp momentum.
we'll all know by Wednesday or before.
