There has to be over a dozen Multi Billion Dollar Car companies / Battery makers / Big mining companies who will want KV all to themselves .....so will someone jump out and wine and dine management like the japs do and when everyone gets blind - make an agreement, just kidding ......the buyer won't be waiting for that upgrade on PFS, they will handle it themselves
