I think INL will be able to get the finance, but what does anyone think are the risks of say delta shareholders rejecting the proposal.
with a plant that would cost $500M to build now, selling for $20M, I'd say that would be like if INL get an offer for Hellyer of say $5M (considering the 3-4M they spent upgrading and buying dredge etc)
Anyone have any thoughts ?
