Slightly off topic, but maybe not, as interest rates are being related to the price of this stock.

at the start of the graph, the median house price in Sydney was less than 5x the median annual income.

now the median house price is at least/more than10x the median income.

This means the interest rate cannot have a direct comparison.

on another note, I stocked up with more TMT today, I'd like to buy my house without borrowing please
