you have to remember that a global green project typically takes 5 to 15 years (hence most "green" targets start at 2030 to 2050) and world govt has to start moving to meet those targets

new V projects won't come online until 2025 to 2030 so the "fuel" needed for energy storage/steel manufacturing is always going to be in demand and we may well see V at 12 to 15 dollars per pound once we commence production....
