CNP has downside risk for 20cents, but the upside potential up to $1 in short term. I am happy with the reward/risk ratio.
the CNP's shareholders can do something as well - for example - "JP Morgan Chase has increased it offer for Bear Stearns to 10 dollars per share from a bargain-basement price of 2 dollars per share" under their shareholders' pressure.
