    Plenty of money looking for home - particularly in Asia. The current term structure of interest rates is exacerbating the issue. So.... you neber know your luck in the big city!

    Having said that, a cornerstone placement at whatever price would provide validation.

    I'm at a point however, where I no longer repose any faith in Michelle. We have been paying her salary for the last 15 odd years!
