I'd guess the market figures the proposed share issue is a massive waste of $$$ - unlikely to see any significant benefit out of the share issue in the short term. Those with short-term positions are jumping off, longterm I don't see any change - Ian May has made this clear as mud with respect to where TEE is headed.
