Yep in good faith we sold our cafe to our Indian employee of 4 years after we helped her get residency after being on a student visa , she then put her sister in law as manager , guessing so she could get her residency , then she put in another Indian employee who ran the cafe into the ground and they had to go into foreclosure
I am guessing it was all to get residency rather than to run a business , alot of people left out of pocket in the process fortunately we were paid back .
Still get our ex employee asking for references from my wife , we have given up giving them as she only contacts when she wants something we thought she was our friend .
