    Anyone care to speculate as to why the ann was made today?

    Has arbitration started and finished? (I don't think so)

    Did they finally realise that the world's a better place when everyone play nice? (I don't think so)

    What if that talk of BG sniffing around the drill site was accurate? What if they detected early signs of a cracker payload?

    I just think it's odd timing to agree that ROG will add value. Out of nowhere.
