1)Improve the Website and courses
- At least introduce the websites of the subsidiary education institutes and if the visitor of the website click, it should be connected the subsidiary education institute website.
-Reveal the fees of the courses.
-Introduce the more online courses which are necessary to get jobs, for examples first aids, RSA, food safety, taxi driver licence(driving test and other personal trains can be performed at Real Institute and on the road),etc..
-Introduce more nationally accredited degrees and certificates which are necessary, not optional to get jobs, for example TESOL, IELTS, hair dressing (if necessary, use the class rooms at nights and weekends)

2)Stop to expend more money for expansion
