Hi all, What should CFD providers be allowed to advertise. Example1: Main theme is taken from a Australian magazine advertising a CFD provider. I quote "Broswer-based *** platform - trader anytime,anywhere". The fact is that in there product disclosure statement. It's written in legalese so most people will not understand. But it tells you they can refuse your trades, and are not even required to tell you why. Example2: Main theme's are taken from a Australian magazine advertising a CFD provider.I quote " You always deal at the market price". Q2 "We pride ourselves on being open and transparent with our clients". Q3" When you trade with us you are guaranteed to deal at market price". Q4 " you can also be assured that we always offer a live two-way (bid and offer) price". Q5 "you will always receive guaranteed market prices regardless of whether are trading on our platform, *** from your PC or with your Mobile or iPhone". Where do I start with this one. Always deal( only if they let you).Open and transparent ( Never false what a lie). Guaranteed to deal ( only if they let you trade, also they will not inform you if they refuse trades). Also they use bloomberg quotes as ther scapegoat. And not the stockmarket trades. Anyway these are my alleged opinions, please tell me your's. Best regards retribution
