Well a CR is just a necessary evil along the way, mining costs a lot of money. Bigger picture, once they get some $$$ in the kitty it will clear one major roadblock and allow them to further this resource. As for the whole issue of "remoteness" that is so far down the track it really isn't worth worrying about at this point. But as the old saying goes if theres money to be made, people will ALWAYS find a way :)
