CAP is one I’ve done basic research on, but it is extremely CAPEX intensive ~US$1.4bil, and the whole JV is in a messy state with the breach by Pure Metals.
I’ll do more research in time, but IMO I don’t think it is part of FEX’s plans to take on such projects that are that CAPEX intensive.
But if it can get off the ground with 100% ownership, the project does have some appeal
