No need for any hostile take over it will be strictly business, just keep in mind FEX has just got off the ground in great and short timing and are taking tremendous strides in fact leaps forward Scorpion and MGT have been stagnant for years ! FEX will eventually absorb SCR it will be imminent especially when they discover more high grade Iron Ore of that very , very highly prosperous tenement! MGT could also be on there hit list . Lets just wait and see what the future holds . "patience is a virtue"
