Clearly you don't understand what "Nominees" means. The top 3 are made up of many entities, not a single SH. Shenghe is the largest single entity SH in GGG and as such it gives them significant voting power. Add to that Shenghe have a Non-Executive Director on the board also. But I'm sure their influence over the company is minimal... Talk about being naive.
The only one being misleading here is you, but its obviously not intentional seeing you don't know any better.
