what should i do with those shares?

    Hi Guys,
    I am a noob here, last year I bought some FGE shares and I have no idea what is going on with it, Commsec said they couldn't help me,and the value of shares are grey(unavailble?)
    I am only a student and don't earn money, how should I claim capital loss without earning money?
    Plese show me some advice on that and thanks a lot in advance!
