    I agree with Testarossa.

    I feel sympathetic with ballbreaker's original request for advice about what he/she should do with the shares, but think the mods should have spotted the risk of a TOU violation.

    Giving such advice to ballbreaker would be a specific violation of HC's terms of use regarding unlicensed personal advice.
