This court case really affected the market cap of Auz and really hurt shareholders the most.
The breaches really weren't serious the offtake deal on paper was worth $5 billion.
Can anyone here confirm Bell said Sk will find the plant?
Hopefully this BS is behind us and Auz can move forward and get Sconi to producing and provide jobs for the Australia.
