AUZ can walk away at anytime as can LGE.

I fail to see how one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world walking away would be in any sense a positive outcome.

There seems to be a fixation by some here on the fact that the offtake included no monetary value either by investment or prepayment - presumably given we have been told a collaborative arrangement is being negotiated some form of financial input is very likely to be a component of those discussions.

Most of the shareholders here who comment seem to openly acknowledge the risks associated with AUZ and issues with the performance of the Board etc, whereas most of the non holders just seem to fixate on negatives (yes there are some) without allowing for any possible positive outcome from the negotiations we are told were underway. In the absence of any comment by LGE or ANZ we have to assume they are still underway or perhaps waiting for various agreed parameters to be met or fail to be met.
