    I also notice in Niddrie/Keilor East (13km from Melb CBD), whenever there are limited land releases in the new exclusive housing estate, it's always SOLD within days of release. I'm talking about $400k-550k piece of land.

    Bring on the West-East link tunnel !!!! Hasten...
